Join Pharmetheus’ pre-conference two-day workshop focusing on how to leverage the open source platforms PK-Sim® and MoBi®.
With this workshop you will learn to develop whole-body physiologically based pharmacokinetic (WB-PBPK) models in PK-Sim®, using case examples of pediatric and elderly population translations as well as applications to complex DDIs. You will also acquire the necessary knowledge on how to connect them to pharmacodynamics (PD) and quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) models and how to develop or use custom built PD/QSP models in MoBi®.
