Time to register for the Educational Pharmacometrics Summer Symposium

Don't miss the chance to attend the third annual Educational Pharmacometrics Summer Symposium (EPSS) on June 25, 2024, in connection to PAGE 2024 at the Ergife Hotel in Rome, Italy. Q & A

EPSS is an annual event that provides an in-depth look at pharmacometrics, emphasizing its crucial role in model-informed drug development and therapy optimization. It is organized annually, as a satellite event to the Population Approach Group Europe (PAGE) meeting.

The symposium is designed for M.Sc. and Ph.D. students, postdocs, and professionals from all natural sciences who are interested in, or currently working in, the field of pharmacometrics.

Signing up for the third EPSS offers a unique opportunity to learn from leading experts like Lena Friberg and Nick Holford, and other established professionals in the field, and to network with peers in the vibrant setting of Rome. It is an enriching experience combining educational sessions with practical insights into pharmacometrics.

Attendance is free! However, registration is required to attend the symposium.

Feedback from attendees at previous symposiums has been overwhelmingly positive, with students and supervisors praising the quality of the presentations, the relevance of the topics discussed, and the opportunities for networking and direct engagement with experts.

EPSS is organized in connection to the PAGE conference, each year at a different location. Boehringer Ingelheim and Pharmetheus support the symposium, together with a local university.

Dr. Jurij Aguiar Zdovc, Consultant at Pharmetheus, is supporting EPSS as a Pharmetheus CSR initiative under the goal of quality education and reducing inequalities: “Each year, we strive to enhance the educational impact of this symposium, making it accessible to a broader audience, passionate about the future of healthcare.”
