Description

Pharmetheus employees are experts in their fields and are located mainly in Sweden but also across Europe, Asia and North America. Our services and solutions add value to all stages in the drug development process at pharma companies around the world, and as HR-team we need to enable and empower our employees by providing a great employee experience. We are currently seeking to fill a temporary position until the summer of 2026. You will bring both speed and focus to our development initiatives and offer support for the daily operations of our growing international organization.

Your role

The role requires a broad HR understanding and a service-oriented can-do attitude to solve any problems you encounter. You will have the opportunity to utilize a wide range of your experiences while working with us, as we operate a HR team of just two people, HR Manager and HR Specialist. Your focus will be on issues related to attracting, retaining, and developing employees in an international context. Pharmetheus currently has about 120 employees in 16 different countries.

Examples of everyday responsibilities:

  • Continuous improvement regarding Pharmetheus systemic work environment plan
  • Recruitment and on-/offboarding
  • Talent development and talent management
  • Developing our Employer Value Proposition and execution of our Employer Branding strategy
  • Development of processes and policies
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Communication with international HR advisors and interpretation of Swedish (and international) labor laws

Your place of work will be at our Uppsala office, with the possibility of working remotely part-time.

Your skills and qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources
  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or business partner role
  • Solid experience in recruitment
  • Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Meritorious with experience from working with HR in an international setting or from the Life Science industry
