Description
We are a growing organization focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients. We have recently implemented a CRM (HubSpot CRM: Sales and Marketing hubs) to manage customer relationships better and support our next stage of growth. We are seeking a proactive detail-oriented CRM & Campaign Manager to unlock the full potential of our CRM and integrate it into day-to-day business development operations.
Your role
As a CRM & Campaign Manager, you will play a critical role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our CRM system, as well as leading the planning, execution, and performance tracking of end-to-end marketing campaigns. You will support our Client Development function, collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders across the company, particularly with the marketing team, sales team and IT, to ensure the system is aligned with business processes and user needs.
Your key responsibilities include
- Manage, optimize, and ensure data accuracy and compliance within HubSpot.
- Configure and customize the CRM to support business workflows.
- Generate structures to maintain a high data quality level.
- Import data and establish procedures for validating and executing the data import.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, leveraging CRM data, automation tools, and digital marketing channels.
- Integrate the Pharmetheus identified customer journey into HubSpot stages, proposing initiatives to enhance the customer experience, increase conversion rates, and improve satisfaction.
- Support Management, Sales, and Marketing to maximize usage of the CRM and generate customized detailed reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics (leads, conversions, customer lifecycle, revenue, ROI, etc.) and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Serve as system administrator for HubSpot and related platforms, managing access rights and ensuring security.
- Train and support team members on CRM, campaign management, and digital marketing tools.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the user experience and increase adoption.
- Create and maintain user guides and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors as needed.

Your skills and qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience working in a CRM system, preferably HubSpot Sales and Marketing hubs, and preferably managing and administering it.
- Several years of experience in life science, pharma, biosimulation, biotech, or scale-up environments.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Experience in training, onboarding, and supporting teams in digital sales and marketing systems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, optimize performance, and report on KPIs and ROI.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and project management skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding collaboration abilities, with experience working across technical, marketing, and commercial teams, as well as with external stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a practical, decisive approach to continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Technical skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience working with WordPress.
- Experience in digital marketing, including paid social, SEO, SEM, and tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising, and Google Analytics.
