Description
In this position, you will report to and support the Business Development Manager in assembling elements to support our market strategy initiatives. As Business Development Analyst your responsibility includes conducting detailed market research related to services, products, research and client projects. which involves:
- Identifying trends and opportunities within the pharmacometrics sector
- Performing competitor analyses to understand market dynamics
- Regularly updating databases and providing monthly reports to senior management
Your role
Another key responsibility is managing and analyzing client relations data to improve client engagement and retention strategies, which includes:
- Monitoring and evaluating customer satisfaction and feedback
- Developing and maintaining a system for tracking client interactions
- Analyzing leads to determine conversion rates and working closely with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies
- Preparing detailed reports on sales funnel performance
Your skills and qualifications
We are open to applications from candidates with varying levels of experience. Our qualification requirements are, at the lowest level:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business analysis or market research role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Entry level may be accepted if demonstration of other means of experience acquisition, such as internships or experience in related roles
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of drug development
- Excellent analytical skills including statistical analysis and financial modeling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English in speech and writing
