- Co-founded Pharmetheus in 2012, advising in client projects and training Pharmetheus colleagues in pharmacometrics
- Expertise includes methodological development associated with building, evaluating and using pharmacometric models, trial design (optimal and adaptive experimental design), and application of pharmacometrics in various therapeutic areas
- Experience as a Professor of Pharmacometrics at Uppsala University, Sweden, where he performs research in pharmacometrics and teaches in pharmacometrics, statistics, and drug development. Previously, he worked as Associate Professor of Pharmacometrics, Assistant Professor of Pharmacometrics, and Postdoctoral Researcher at Uppsala University, Sweden. Co-developer of the software programs Xpose 4 and PsN and the optimal design program PopED
