This recognition highlights the research team’s innovative work, collaborative spirit, and impact of advancing new approaches to bioequivalence.
Access to generic drugs is a key driver for global pharmacoequity. However, for complex products such as long-acting injectables (LAIs) and highly variable drugs (HVDs), traditional bioequivalence (BE) methods based on non-compartmental analysis (NCA) can be impractical or require prohibitively large sample sizes.
By leveraging MBBE to tackle these challenges, our team is advancing practical, science-driven solutions to streamline drug development and lower barriers to market entry.
