Payment terms

Payment of the registration fee (and any applicable VAT) for the Workshop must be made in full no later than the day before the workshop occurs. The invoice will be issued through PayPal and can be paid by credit card. (See payment instructions in the confirmation email.)

We cannot guarantee your slot at the Workshop if payment is made after this date. Confirmation of your payment will be sent to you upon our receipt of your payment. If we don’t receive your payment a reminder will be sent to the email address you stated as the recipient for the invoice.

Cancellation terms

ancellation and refund of the registration fee will be made free of extra charge and to the full amount up until 6 weeks before the Workshop starting date.

Late cancellations up until three weeks before workshop starting date will be refunded with 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded with exception to cancellations due to unexpected illnesses.

Pharmetheus reserves the right to cancel the workshop at any time up until three weeks before the workshop starting date. In the very unlikely case of cancellation of the workshops by Pharmetheus, a full refund of the registration fee will be paid to the applicant, provided that the payment has been made by the applicant at that time.

All cancellations must be made in writing to events@pharmetheus.com

Please note that your registration is not personal, therefore, if you are prevented from attending the workshop, we encourage you to transfer your registration to someone able to attend. If you transfer your registration, please notify us on events@pharmetheus.com

Photography and recordings

Pharmetheus reserves the right to take photos and make recordings during the workshops for Pharmetheus’ legitimate marketing interests, including promotional purposes, social media updates or for company internal purposes. Pharmetheus will keep attendees’ names, contact details etc. out of photos and videos if not expressly consented by the attendee at the workshops.

Recordings and photography made by the attendees may be permitted at the workshops if expressively consented by a Pharmetheus representative at the workshops.

Privacy and data processing

Pharmetheus is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We will only use your personal information to administer your account and provide the products and services you requested. By signing up for a Pharmetheus’ hosted event/training/workshop or similar, you agree to allow Pharmetheus to store and process your personal data for this purpose.
