Marylore’s professional journey started in 2000, when she defended her PharmD thesis at the University of Paris V, the thesis work was performed at GSK and focused on the use of PKPD modeling for selecting drug candidates in early phase. She then obtained a PhD from the University of Poitiers and was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Manchester. Her academic research ranged from subjects such as PKPD modelling for antibiotics and population PK modeling, to optimal design.
In 2005, Marylore became a Pharmacometrician at Servier. There, her career progressed through different management positions from 2008 to 2013, when she became Head of Global Pharmacometrics & Clinical Pharmacokinetics. In this role, she acted as the global head of 4 teams (about 20-25 people), supporting research in all development phases, in a wide range of therapeutic areas. During this time, Marylore also gained considerable experience in different types of interactions with regulatory agencies (EMA, PDCO, FDA, PMDA, CDE, ANVISA, KFDA, etc.). Recently, she also acted as the chair of the Translational Medicine Project Review committee at Servier.
Marylore is recognized as a leader in the scientific community. She is a member of the PAGE Scientific Organizing Committee, M&S EFPIA group, DDMoRe foundation board and the CPT:PSP editorial team. She has co-supervised 15 PhD students in collaboration with different academic groups, published more than 45 journal articles and more than 100 conference posters, as well as providing more than 10 invited oral conference presentations.
