Pharmetheus is seeking a creative and driven Content Specialist to elevate our brand and employer reputation.

In this dynamic role, you’ll craft compelling stories and manage our digital channels, working closely with our CRM & Campaign Manager, the marketing team, and our experts and leaders. Your content will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission: to deliver efficient, timely, model-informed drug development services that empower decision-making in healthcare.
Your role
As Content Specialist, your key responsibilities include
- Translate our content strategy into actions, continuously improving it for maximum impact.
- Be responsible for organic social media management, ensuring both content and delivery are optimized.
- Oversee the website content and act as the key contact for maintaining and developing it in collaboration with internal experts. Ensure updates, structure, and messaging support our brand, campaigns, and SEO on page optimization.
- Maintain and oversee an editorial calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality publication across channels.
- Create and manage impactful content across formats (presentations, guides, FAQs, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, videos, social media, and newsletters) to attract, educate, and convert, in collaboration with internal experts and leaders.
- Measure and report on content performance (engagement, rankings, funnel progression, and conversion metrics) and use data-driven insights to refine strategy.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, communicate our EVP, and manage employer branding content.
Your skills and qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communication, Creative writing or a related field
- Strong writing skills and experience of managing content creation end-to-end
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of content creation for digital channels, and three years of experience from successfully managing an organization’s social media presence.
- Familiar with HubSpot, WordPress, SEO platforms, the Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience from working in a consulting business
- Fluency in the English language

Meritorius
